How is my privacy maintained?

Your profile is visible only to the matchmaking team. You cannot be searched for on the site, there is no open database to browse, and no other user ever comes across you on their own. Your profile is shown to the other side only when our matching expert identifies a specific match and sends it — and contact details open only after both sides approve. Your information is not shared with external parties.

What is the cost of the service?

We built a model where our success depends on yours. Registration is free with no credit card, and includes the Soul Map plus 15 reasoned suggestions across six months — each with a written explanation of why this person — so you can see how we think before you decide anything. For those seeking closer guidance there is the Personal Matchmaker plan (₪750 for six months), and alongside it a personal mentoring process (₪2,500 for six months) — an add-on, not a higher tier. Beyond that — a recommended success fee of ₪4,000 per couple, given only at the truly happy moment: when you get married thanks to a suggestion you received through us. Good to know: it is a recommendation, not an obligation, and anyone who prefers to give a different amount is welcome to. That puts us fully on your side — our success is measured by one moment: your chuppah.

How is this different from a dating app?

In three ways there is no bridging. On an app you search alone — here the system and our matching expert search for you, and you only respond to suggestions. On an app your profile is visible to anyone who signs up — here it is revealed only to someone you actually match with. And on an app nobody explains why someone appeared on your screen — here every suggestion arrives with a written reason, and there is a real person you can ask about it before deciding.

Why don't you show photos right away?

Because the first photo seen colors everything read after it — that is how the eye works, and it is exactly what makes the apps so exhausting. Here a suggestion opens with the story first: who the person is, what matters to them, and why we thought of you. After a few moments of reading and a short shared impression — all the photos open. It is not about hiding anything; it is a way of giving each person what we all quietly ask for — to be known for a moment before being judged.

What is the success fee, and when is it paid?

The success fee is our way of saying: we are with you all the way, and we believe in the process enough to tie our livelihood to it. If you met through a suggestion sent via our system or by one of our matching team — and you got married — it is customary to give a success fee, at a recommended amount of ₪4,000 per couple. To be precise: it is a recommendation, not an obligation — the recommended amount is one shared sum per couple (not per partner), and anyone who prefers to give a different amount, of their own choice and ability, is welcome to; any amount is received with joy and appreciation. The recommendation applies even when the idea for the match came from elsewhere, as long as the suggestion itself was sent through the system. Nothing is paid for suggestions, dates, or engagements — only for a wedding. For us there is no greater privilege than being the messengers of your match, and this model guarantees we work for you with full seriousness. Full details are in the Terms of Service.

Is the service suitable for all denominations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and without compromising on precision. You choose a track at the start: Charedi, national-religious, traditional or secular — and from there the questionnaire, the matching and the language all adapt to it. This is not one big pool everyone is squeezed into: each world has its own nuances — level of observance, head covering, style of study, second-marriage questions — and the system knows them. Our pool already includes candidates from across the whole spectrum, singles as well as divorced and second-chapter, at every age — and suggestions are always made within the world that fits you.

Your questionnaire seems in-depth. Is it really necessary?

Absolutely, and it's your biggest advantage. The questionnaire is not a "form," but a guided "discovery journey" that examines five key worlds in your life. This brief initial investment is what allows us and our technology to truly get to know you, saving you valuable time on irrelevant suggestions, and presenting you with matches based on depth and shared values, not just superficial details.

How long does it take to find a match?

There is no timeline for love, and we won't invent one for you. What we can tell you: automatic suggestions go out on Sundays and Wednesdays, and the first three reasoned suggestions already give you a real taste of how we think — they are part of the 15 reasoned suggestions included free across six months. Every suggestion comes with a written explanation of why this person, so even when the process takes time you are never in the dark. And on the Personal Matchmaker plan — every suggestion is hand-picked for you, the aim is 5 quality suggestions within the first week, and there is a commitment to search proactively every week.
