1. Introduction, Definitions, and Agreement to Terms
1.1. Welcome. Welcome to "NeshamaTech", a matchmaking platform operated by Eytan Englard, a registered exempt dealer (Osek Patur), Business No. 318734142 ("NeshamaTech"). Use of the System is subject to these Terms.
1.2. Binding Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to make any use of the System.
1.3. Definitions.
- a. "Candidate": A user registered in the system.
- b. "User Content": Any information, text, image, or other material uploaded by you.
- c. "System Content": All content in the System that is not User Content.
1.4. Eligibility and Language. Use of the System is permitted for adults (over 18).

2.3. NeshamaTech's Right to Act.
2.4. Referring another person. The service lets you give us details about someone you know (for example through the referral form on the site, or through the companion track). Submitting such details is permitted only after you have obtained that person's explicit consent for their details to be given to NeshamaTech for the purpose of assessing a match. By submitting, you declare that you obtained such consent, that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to share them. NeshamaTech does not create a profile from a referral alone — every referral is reviewed by a member of staff, and the referred person will be notified and may ask at any time to have their details removed. If details turn out to have been submitted without consent they will be deleted, and NeshamaTech may block the person who submitted them.
2.5. Service messages, and what is separate from them. NeshamaTech exists in order to send you match suggestions. Accordingly, by registering and using the service you agree to receive operational messages about your suggestions and your account — a new suggestion sent to you, the other side's response, a change in a suggestion's status, verifications and security notices — by email, message and notification. These are the substance of the service, not advertising; without them the service cannot be provided at all. Separately and in addition, and only with explicit consent that may be given and withdrawn at any time, NeshamaTech may send marketing content — newsletters, offers, events and general content. Withdrawing consent to marketing does not affect operational messages. A third, separate matter: participation in automatic suggestions. That is entirely under your control — it can be switched on or off at any time during registration or in your own suggestions area, without affecting the rest of the service.
3. Costs, Payments and Success Fee
In plain language
Met through a suggestion we sent and got married? Mazal tov! That is the moment when a success fee is customarily given. And we want to say it plainly: the success fee is a recommendation — not an obligation. The recommended amount is ₪4,000 per couple (one amount for both of you, not each), and anyone who prefers to give a different amount, of their own choice and ability, is most welcome. Didn't marry through us? There is nothing to pay at all. The full details are set out in the sections below.
3.1. Pricing Model. Use of the System is structured in three layers: (a) registration and basic use; (b) paid subscription plans; and (c) a recommended success fee. In essence:
- a. Registration and Basic Use. Opening an account, creating a profile, completing the questionnaires and receiving match suggestions — are free of charge.
- b. Subscription Plans. NeshamaTech may offer, from time to time, paid extended-guidance plans (such as "Your Own Matchmaker" and "Personal Mentor"), whose terms, prices and benefits will be presented at the time of purchase. It is clarified that subscription fees are paid for the guidance services themselves, are not contingent on the success of the process, and are not credited against the success fee — unless otherwise agreed by NeshamaTech in writing.
- c. Recommended Success Fee. A one-time payment at a recommended amount of ILS 4,000 per couple, customary solely in the event of marriage. The success fee is a recommendation and not an obligation, and each couple may choose to give a different amount — all as detailed in Section 3.2 below.
3.2. Success Fee — Full Terms. The success fee is the heart of our model: we see ourselves as partners on your journey, and our success is measured by your reaching the chuppah. At the same time, it is expressly clarified: the success fee is a recommendation only and does not constitute a legal or contractual obligation. These are the main terms of the arrangement:
- a. When the Recommendation Applies. The success fee is requested if you marry a partner whom you met through a match suggestion that was sent, presented or facilitated through the System, or by a matchmaker acting on behalf of NeshamaTech (a "Suggestion via the Service").
- b. Broad Scope of "Suggestion via the Service". The recommendation applies even if the idea for the match originally came from any third party (a friend, family member, external matchmaker, etc.) — as long as the match suggestion itself was actually sent, presented or managed through the System or by a matchmaker on behalf of NeshamaTech.
- c. Amount — a Recommendation, One Sum per Couple. The recommended amount is ILS 4,000 per couple — one shared amount, not per partner. We emphasize: there is no obligation to pay this amount — it is a recommendation only, and each couple may choose to give a different amount, higher or lower, according to their wishes and ability. Any amount you choose to give will be received with appreciation and joy, and under no circumstances will NeshamaTech request more than the recommended amount for a single couple.
- d. Payment Date and Updating Us. It is customary to give the success fee within 30 days of the wedding date. We would be delighted to hear about your engagement and wedding date as soon as it is set — for us there is no happier moment.
- e. Validity of the Recommendation. The recommendation to pay the success fee remains in place even if either partner has closed their account, stopped using the System or ended a paid subscription — as long as the acquaintance that led to the marriage originated in a Suggestion via the Service.
- f. What Is Not Paid For. For the avoidance of doubt: no success fee is requested for suggestions, meetings or dates; nor for an engagement that did not result in marriage; nor for marrying a partner whose acquaintance was not formed through a Suggestion via the Service.
- g. Effective Date. The success fee arrangement applies to match suggestions sent on or after June 11, 2026. Suggestions sent before that date are subject to the terms that applied at the time they were sent.
3.3. Payment Method. Payment is arranged directly with NeshamaTech after the wedding, in a manner convenient for you. A payment made by either partner is credited to the couple as a whole.
3.4. Transaction Cancellation. Cancellation of a paid subscription shall be made in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. It is clarified that the success fee, being a recommendation rather than a charge, is not a "transaction" requiring cancellation.
3.5. No Refund in Case of Breach. In the event of a breach of these Terms that results in your account being blocked or closed at NeshamaTech's initiative, subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.

5a. Protecting candidate details — user commitment
5a.1. These details are not yours to pass on. Every detail exposed to you in the system — whether as a registered user or via a share link — belongs to a real person who provided it in trust, for one defined purpose: assessing suitability for a match. The details are provided for personal review only and are not transferable.
5a.2. What is prohibited. By using the service, and in particular when opening a share link, you undertake not to do — yourself or through another — any of the following:
- Exporting details from the system. Copying, screenshotting, downloading, recording, saving or documenting a profile, photo, text or any other identifying detail — other than viewing within the system itself.
- Distributing through external channels. Forwarding details or photos to WhatsApp, Telegram, email, matchmaking groups, social networks, shared files or any other platform.
- Forwarding the link. A share link is personal to the recipient who received it. It must not be forwarded to a third party, published or shared — not even within the family or between matchmakers.
- Use for another purpose. Using details for recruitment, marketing, research, building a competing database, making contact unrelated to the proposed match, or any purpose other than assessing the match itself.
- Automated collection. Using automated tools, scripts or any technical means to collect, scrape or replicate content from the system.
5a.3. Liability and enforcement. A breach of this section constitutes a fundamental breach of these terms. We may immediately revoke share links and access, block a user, and pursue any legal remedy available to us — including for invasion of privacy under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The violator shall bear full liability for any damage caused to the candidate whose details were leaked and to NeshamaTech.
5a.4. Registration as a condition for advancing a suggestion. Viewing details through a share link does not create an account and does not allow approving a suggestion. If the candidate wishes to advance a suggestion, registration will be required — so that the approval is given by the candidate themselves, from a personal account and on the record. Beyond that, registering opens up tailored suggestions from the database, and it is free of charge.
5. Links to Third-Party Sites and Services
The system may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
