What happens after you sign up

The suggestions come to you.

The system scans thousands of candidates and sends you suggestions in rounds — each with a written reason. All you do is answer.

The system is working for you

Scanning the whole pool

Goes out in the next round

Sample · try it yourself — tap one of the answers

  1. The system searches

It rescans the whole pool every week and ranks it. Only the strongest matches become a suggestion.

  2. You decide

Answer with one tap: "Not a fit", "Interested" or "Approve". Even a "no" helps — it sharpens the suggestions that follow.

  3. A person checks

Said yes? Before the introduction goes to the other side, a person reviews it — and contact details open only when you both say yes.

How it works

From signup to the first date

Four steps. The hours of searching are put in by the system and our matchmakers — not by you.

  1. 5–10 min

    Sign up — free

5–10 minutes: age, religious style, a few words about you and what you are looking for. You can stop and come back.

    • One SMS code
    • Private — never searchable

  2. 10–30 min

    Fill in your Heart Map

Start with 12 questions and go deeper when you like — 10–30 minutes that teach us what really matters to you. The fuller the map, the sharper the suggestions.

    • 12 questions on the express track
    • Go deeper later

  3. In the background

The system scans — and writes why this person

The system rescans the entire pool every week and ranks it. Only the strongest matches become a suggestion — each with a written reason and a "what stood out" note. Alongside them, suggestions our matchmakers build themselves.

    • Full scan every Saturday night
    • A written reason + 'what stood out'

  4. At your pace

    Receive, answer — and meet

Three buttons: "Not a fit", "Interested", "Approve". Approved? A person reviews the introduction before it goes to the other side, and contact details open only when you both say yes. Said no? Tell us what was missing — it helps sharpen the next suggestion.

    • Contact details only after a mutual yes
    • First names only

How suggestions arrive — and what it costs

Automatic suggestions go out in rounds, usually on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. That is the rhythm, not a promise: sometimes the right one arrives in the first week, sometimes it takes months — we look for the right one, not the fast one.

The system rescans the whole pool every Saturday night; between rounds we also send suggestions ourselves.

Privacy and trust

Built on discretion. Not on browsing.

How you search matters as much as what you find — especially when everyone knows someone who knows you.

Your profile is never searchable

It cannot be browsed and cannot be found. It is shown to the other side only when there is a specific suggestion — not before, and never to anyone you are not suggested to.

  1. Before a suggestionOnly our matchmakers see you. No candidate does.
  2. When a suggestion is sentOnly the person suggested to you — first name only.
  3. After a mutual yesContact details open to both of you — and only then.

First name only

The other side knows you by your first name only — your surname isn't shown in the suggestion, the emails or the profile they see. In a small community, that is the difference.

In the suggestion, the e-mail and the profile

A human eye before it moves on

The system finds and explains. After your yes, a person reviews the introduction before it goes to the other side — and when you have a question, there is someone to write to.

After your yes — never before

A written reason in every suggestion

Not a photo and a line: why this person, and why for you.

Why her, why him

For every community

You choose a track — Haredi, national-religious, traditional or secular — and the questionnaire and the matching adapt to it.

Haredi · national-religious · traditional · secular

What we check: phone verification at sign-up, an automatic quality screen of the main photo and text of everyone who registers — a profile that fails it is kept out of the rounds — and a human eye before an introduction moves on to the other side.

What we don't: background checks.

The comparison

What are you really comparing against?

The same questions. Four ways to answer them.

Why is it so exhausting?

If you came from the apps

  • You put in the hours: searching, filtering, opening a conversation — and starting over.
  • There is no one to ask who is really behind the screen.
  • And your profile is visible to anyone who signs up — including people you know.

If you came from the shidduch world

  • A matchmaker has more names than hours.
  • The pool ends in the hundreds — and if your match isn't in it, it never reaches you.
  • Tracking is notes and memory, and months pass in silence.

And in a community where everyone knows everyone — every rejection has a price.

Want to dive into the full method? Read how we match

Searching for a partner in an open catalog — browsing, being exposed, being judged by a photo — is a price many will not pay. So we built NeshamaTech: a place where you don't search alone, you aren't on display to everyone, and every introduction starts from a real reason.

Who is behind the suggestions

A person, not just an algorithm

The person who interviews you is the same person who reviews the introduction after your yes.

Eytan Englard

Founder & lead matchmaker

Eytan coordinates all the suggestions and interviews candidates himself. Every approved introduction goes through him before it moves to the other side — and he built the system that scans the pool, after walking this road himself.

  • Interviews candidates

Support along the way

From time to time, Dina helps Eytan by talking with candidates and guiding them along the way.

I always dreamed of a life partner with similar ethical aspirations – to build a home of kindness, Zionism, and Torah. NeshamaTech connected me with someone who dreams the exact same dream. It's a connection of soul and purpose.

The magic of NeshamaTech is the ability to see beyond the dry details. Eytan and the system identified the deep connection in our family values and general vibe. It's a match that feels like home from the very first moment.

Our success is measured in one moment.Your chuppah.

I started NeshamaTech after walking this road myself and hearing from friends how lonely it can be: a search that feels like flipping through a catalog, and suggestions with no explanation. I built a system that searches for you and explains why — and I personally review every introduction you approve before it goes to the other side. Signup takes 5–10 minutes, no credit card; after that, I'm here for any question.
